We Global Logistics are a newly established, Felixstowe based Freight Forwarding company led by a Director with 20 years’ industry experience and a proven track record of client development, staff empowerment and a passion for building a positive and vibrant workplace. 

We Global Logistics are keen to recruit like-minded individuals with a shared passion for developing a unified team with a strong sense of comradeship. 

A little about the role…

Duties to include but not limited to;

- Import Customs Declarations via CDS

- Liaising with Shipping Lines to arrange releases

- Liaising with hauliers and warehouses to arrange deliveries

- Liaising with customers to understand and meet their requirements

- Submitting documents to Port Health

- Processing purchasing invoices for payment

- Processing sales invoices to customers

Experience required;

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customs Declarations 

- Competent in reviewing and verifying different types of Bills of Lading 

- Basic understanding of Incoterms

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, word, excel)

The successful candidate will have great communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
